We offer a variety of competitive options in several benefit areas and most benefits are available to you on the 1st day of employment.

Medical and Dental Plan
cBEYONData provides a group insurance program to all regular full-time associates and their dependents. Associates pay a portion of the premium through bi-weekly payroll deductions. cBEYONData pays 70% of the costs for employee coverage and their dependents. Details of these benefits are contained in the Summary Plan Description provided by our insurance carrier.

Life Insurance
cBEYONData provides group term life insurance in the amount of $75,000 for our regular, full-time associates at no cost to the associate, with provisions for accidental death and dismemberment coverage.  Associates become eligible for this benefit on the first day of employment.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
Through our Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance Program, cBEYONData provides this benefit at no cost to our associates as a way to ensure income while recovering from a long-term disabling accident, injury or illness after a 90-day elimination period. The payout is 60 percent of the employee’s monthly salary, up to a maximum of $6,000 per month.  Associates become eligible for this benefit on the first day of employment.

Short-Term Disability Insurance
Through our Short-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance Program, cBEYONData provides this benefit at no cost to our associates as a way to ensure income while recovering from a short-term disabling accidental injury after the first day or a short-term disability due to sickness after the 8th consecutive day.  The payout is 60 percent of the employee’s weekly salary up to a maximum of $1,500 per week.  Associates become eligible for this benefit on the first day of employment.

Holiday Leave
cBEYONData adheres to the following holiday schedule (6 annually) plus three floating holiday. These are:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

* Regular part-time associates are eligible for prorated holiday leave.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
The Company recognizes the importance of Personal Time Off (PTO) in providing rest, recreation, personal enrichment, or sick leave. PTO for full time employees is accrued at the rate of 120 hours annually for those employees with fewer than 5 years of service. After 5 years of service, PTO is accrued at 160 hours annually. Regular part-time employees are eligible for prorated PTO leave accruals.

cBEYONData’s 401 (k) Savings Plan investment portfolio is managed by Edward Jones and administered by ADP.  The 401 (k) Plan allows associates to set aside tax-deferred dollars through payroll deductions. Regular full-time and regular part-time associates who are 21 years of age or older, may elect to participate after 30 days of employment at cBEYONData. The 401 (k) savings plan allows you to make employee deferral contributions between 1 percent and 90 percent of your pre-tax earnings up to the maximum elective deferral amount allowable by the IRS. cBEYONData will match 100% of the first 3 percent and 50% of the next 2 percent of the elective employee deferral contributions.  Employees are 100% vested upon participation.


Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
cBEYONData’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA), administered by ADP, allows associates to set aside pre-tax dollars through payroll deductions for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses as allowable by the IRS.  Regular full-time employees who are 21 years of age or older may elect to participate in this program after 30 days of employment at cBEYONData.  You can enroll as a newly-eligible associate, make changes at annual enrollment, or make changes as a result of a qualifying event.

Education Reimbursement
cBEYONData’s Education Reimbursement Program is designed to encourage associates to improve and expand their current work-related skills. If an associate is in a regular, full-time status and has worked for cBEYONData at least 6 months, the associate may be eligible to participate in cBEYONData’s Tuition Reimbursement program. cBEYONData will provide financial assistance only when the course of instruction concerned is determined to be appropriate to the individual associate’s background, current and foreseeable work assignments, career growth options within the organization, and if it broadens or enhances an associate’s job-related knowledge and skill level. cBEYONData will provide Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,000 per year if the program parameters are met.

Commuter Benefits
cBEYONData’s Commuter Benefits program saves you money on your commute by paying eligible commuting expenses with pre-tax dollars as permitted by the IRS.  You can pay for transit and parking with a pre-loaded debit card or you can pay the cost yourself and receive a reimbursement from the company that administers this program on behalf of  cBEYONData.

Court Leave
Paid court leave is authorized for jury duty or when an associate is summoned to appear in court as a witness on behalf of the United States, any state, or the District of Columbia in a federal, state, county, municipal, or District of Columbia court. Full- and part-time associates actively at work or on paid leave are eligible for court leave.

Military Duty Leave
An associate who is a member of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coat Guard, National Guard, Reserves or Public Health Service will be granted an unpaid leave of absence for military service, training or related obligations in accordance with applicable law. Associates on military leave may substitute their accrued paid leave time for unpaid leave.
